1. Cancellations
   Before the Consultation Starts:
   If you cancel before the consultation begins, you’ll receive a full refund of the original payment.

After the Consultation Has Started:
If you cancel after the consultation has started (once I’ve sent you the consultation intake form), you’ll receive a 50% refund. The consultation officially begins once the intake form is sent, which will be delivered via messages or Signal within 36 hours of scheduling.

For Multiple Sessions Paid Upfront:
If you paid for multiple sessions upfront and decide to cancel partway through, you’ll receive a full refund for any unused sessions.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee
   I always aim to deliver value and ensure you’re satisfied with both the consultations and personalized pamphlets.

If you’re dissatisfied with:

• A consultation: Contact me right away and I’ll work to address your concerns.

• A personalized pamphlet: Let me know as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to revise or improve it.

3. Refund Process
   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless the account or card has been closed.
   If your original payment method is no longer available, contact me at midni9htmandarin@gmail.com or 917-999-5387, and I’ll arrange a PayPal transaction or an alternative refund method.

4. Disputed Transactions
   If you’ve completed a consultation or received a personalized pamphlet and later dispute the transaction through your bank, I’ll have to place you on a “do not trust” list. This policy protects my time and the integrity of my brand.

5. Rescheduling Policy
   I understand that life happens. Since consultations are virtual, I support an “on-the-go” care model.
   If you need more time to respond or want to reschedule, just let me know. You don’t need to reply immediately, but I do expect a response within 3 days to keep things on track.
